For New Jersey and Florida-based clients, I am currently accepting Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Optum and United Health. 

 

For other local clients, I am an out-of-network provider.  Please contact your insurance carrier to determine how much they will reimburse you.  Payment for services is rendered at the start of the appointment, but I can provide you with a monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance company. 

 

For overseas clients, I can also provide you with a monthly invoice which you can submit to your local insurance company.  We cannot however guarantee coverage, so please check with you insurance provider regarding their willingness to reimburse you.
